Product Description
Water soluble fertilizer ribbon mixer, or called ribbon blender, which mainly used in the production of water soluble fertilizer production, is driven by the inner and outer diameter screws installed on the mixing shaft to move the material inside the barrel, allowing the mixer to flip the material within the maximum range inside the barrel. On the structure of the agitator, the spiral is designed as an inner and outer, left and right opposite spiral. During the operation of the agitator, the inner spiral drives the material near the axis to rotate axially, pushing it from the inside to both sides. The outer spiral drives the material near the barrel wall to rotate axially, pushing it from both sides to the inside. This causes the material to circulate and shear in the barrel, achieving rapid and uniform mixing of the material in a short period of time.
