Product Description
Batching Horizotal mixer, or called batching blender machine, is a new generation of mixing equipment, with high mixing uniformity and low residue, suitable for mixing materials such as organic fertilizer and compound fertilizers and additives.
The mixing shaft inside the horizontal mixer cylinder flips the material within the range of the cylinder. The inner screw belt flips the material from the middle to both sides, while the outer screw belt flips the material from both sides to the middle. The material stirred back and forth moves and changes radially under the rotation of the screw belt, forming a convective cycle. Due to the stirring of the above movements, the material achieves rapid and uniform mixing in a short period of time. The shaft seals at both ends adopt special sealing, with no leakage of powder liquid, low replacement cost of sealing consumables, and convenient replacement. Therefore, it is a versatile, adaptable, and effective high-efficiency mixing equipment.
