Product Description
Fertilizer drum coating machine which is also called rotary drum coating machine, is a device used to apply a protective film to fertilizer particles. It is composed of a screw conveyor, a mixing tank, an oil pump, a main engine, etc., and can use powder or liquid as the coating material. The coating of fertilizer particles can improve the fluidity of the fertilizer, prevent clumping, increase luster, and waterproof properties.
The fertilizer particles are fed into the rotary coating machine through a screw conveyor, and then the coating material is evenly sprayed on the surface of the particles through a dry powder compactor or liquid spraying system. After getting drunk, the coating material is dried and cooled by hot air to solidify on the particles, forming a uniform coating layer.
