This three in one combined granulating machine, also called stirring tooth-drum granulation machine, is designed based on the wet tubular granulation machine. It can slove the problems in the original wet continuous pusher granulation machine, in the secondary granulating process and the stirring teeth adopts a rotating drum method, which can meet the granular quality requirements, also to solve the portion of the material due to huge viscosity and humidity and wall sticking problem.

This NPK organic fertilizer combined granulator machine includes a uniform feeding screw, the first stirring teeh granulation section, secondary drum granulation section, and the third stirring teeth granulation section.

Working Principle

the powder material goes into the first stirring teeth granulation part from the uniform feeding part where also can adjust the speed of feeding, it finishes the first granulation process through high speed and adjustable mixing blade, then pushed to the second drum granulation section. Material will be granulated in the two granulation section, through the internal stirring teeth two times granulation and outer drum molding, then can achieve the purpose of granulation with better quality assurance particles. There is suction ports and dust outlets in silos where can connect vacuum cleaners to meet environmental discharge requirements. The observation door and the nozzle of the spray tube also can be added. Where the liquid can be sprayed into the particles in the drum according to the requirement of particle size.
