Biosolids and manure hydraulic heavy-duty windrow compost turner machine, which is also called Crawler Type Compost Turner composting machine, is a type of large-scale flipping machine, with a fully hydraulic operating system, a pull rod steering wheel operation, track type walking, sturdy and durable, strong power, large output, and strong mixing and composting ability. The flipping drum is hydraulically adjustable, with a high degree of automation and easy operation to master. It is a professional mixing equipment for converting organic materials into organic fertilizers through Aerobic fermentation. As the material is continuously mixed, the blade shaft can effectively grind the clumps formed during the raw material fermentation process. No additional grinding machines are required in production, greatly improving work efficiency and reducing costs.

Advantages
The tracked stacker adopts a tracked transmission design, which can be operated by one person. When it is working, the track spans over the strip compost pile, and the knife shaft at the bottom of the frame rotates to mix and flip the raw materials. Operations can be completed not only in outdoor areas, but also in workshops or greenhouses.

- Small radius steering proprietary technology, combined with hydraulic power balance device, makes the vehicle body large but flexible in steering, making it convenient for on-site operations.
- All are operated using a joystick, which is flexible and convenient. Adjust the distance between the flipping shaft and the ground using hydraulic means. Prevent the overturning shaft from touching the ground.
- By adopting hydraulic balancing technology, the stacker can automatically adjust its four-wheel balance on uneven terrain, improving its adaptability to the site.
